As time passes, we have grown our company and made 4 more taxis from our previous revenue. The customers loved our services and suggested growing our service in a wider area so we expanded our business. We have successfully built the customer’s trust and interest in our taxi service company.  In 2017, we had 8 taxis and enhanced the facility of drivers as well. We have hired some professional drivers for a better customer experience. We still worked in the Mornington Peninsula because most travelers come there to spend holidays with their friends and families. We didn’t have luxury cars and app services this year but we have a proper plan to execute such amazing features for our company.

We have improved our services so much that our brand spread all over the Melbourne in starting years of our business. We have made new suggestions and plans to give our customers some extra features in our services. We made our Go Taxis website to book online rides from your comfort zone. The people who used to come to Melbourne to see its beauty booked their rides before their arrival from our online app. We give amazing discounts to our customers from these apps and take great care of our clients. In 2018, we have expanded our fleets from 8 to 13. Our Go taxis company facilitates our customers with the wheelchair option as well so that our handicapped customers can easily travel in our cabs. The people were not familiar with the app but after some time, they used our app to get their bookings done.

After 3 years of success, we have launched a premium cab service in our company. There were a number of corporate people who wanted to book a ride with us but we did not have that facility. We worked on that and make it possible to buy luxury cars for our corporate employees. Now, they are very happy with our services and most of them have subscribed to our company for amazing discounts. In 2019, we increased our number of fleets and added premium cabs to our fleets. We successfully purchased 20 cars at that time and all of them were available to serve our customers. We had 8 Sedan taxis, 5 Station wagons, 6  maxi taxis, and 3 luxury cars in the year 2019. Moreover, we have trained our drivers to follow the traffic rules, how to talk with the customer, and about the SOPs of the Pandemic situation. It was the start of Coronavirus in the last quarter of 2019 so we have followed all the SOPs.

In the early waves of Corona Virus, people were so conscious about their health that nobody wanted to travel anywhere. But we had found a reliable solution to serve in that hard time as well. We completely sanitized our fleets and took care of the SOPs of the Corona Virus. That period was very difficult for everyone but we struggled hard in that period to grow our company. We did not stop working and our team is so dedicated that they risk their lives to serve you in that hard period. That’s why our Go Taxis have more fan following among the people than other taxi services. This year, we did not make so much revenue to buy new fleets because this year was very hard for every business. Coronavirus has affected every business and we just improved our services this year.

Another year of the Pandemic and many businesses were about to vanish. There is a complete lockdown everywhere. No one wants to come outside and risk their lives and we were facing many challenges at that time. We have a huge team and there was no business revenue that year. That year was a nightmare for all of us. We sold some cars to get out of this situation and passed that year. But we did not lose hope and struggled hard. This year, we have just 18 fleets left and 2 luxury cars have been sold. But we have worked on our online service this year to give some extra features through our app.

At the beginning of 2022, we have fight back and handled our business with great dedication and motivation. We have improved our online services during the pandemic so that we can give our customers the best possible services. Our customers can make their customize trips in the  Mornington Peninsula through our online app. Whether you want to travel alone or with your family, we have a number of fleets to fulfill your desired trips.
We have more than 30 cars in service and all of the cabs are well cleaned and well sanitized. Sedan standard taxi, Premium cabs, Station Wagons (SUV), Maxi van, and many other fleets we have in service. All of our drivers are trained and licensed holders. They all dressed so well and talk to the customers very smoothly to give a better customer experience. In the end, I would say our company is one of the most reliable and trustworthy for your trips.
